> An independent buyer-side sourcing and inspection agency based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
> BuyerSide represents foreign importers who buy from Turkish factories. It accepts no
> commission, rebate, gift or hospitality from any supplier, and its engagement contract
> carries a zero-kickback clause with a financial penalty and an immediate termination
> right for the client.

- Not an accredited certification body. Does not issue CE marks, notified-body certificates or accredited laboratory results.

## Published prices

- Supplier verification (desk-based, 48 hours): 50 USD, credited in full against the first inspection
- Pre-shipment inspection: from 320 EUR per man-day
- Factory audit: from 450 EUR
- Container loading check: from 290 EUR
- Supplier sourcing: from 1,200 EUR per product group, payable 100% in advance
- Buyer visit support: from 280 EUR per day plus documented third-party costs
- Freight management: quoted per shipment
- Monthly retainer: from 1,500 EUR

## Payment methods

- SWIFT bank transfer in EUR or USD to a Turkish foreign-currency account for all services
- Card payment via Payoneer for the 50 USD supplier verification
- PayPal and Stripe are not used: Turkish banking regulation does not permit international
  digital wallets such as PayPal to operate locally, and Stripe does not support businesses
  registered in Türkiye.

## Sourcing engagement rules (fixed, not negotiated)

1. Payment is 100% in advance. No deposit-and-balance, no payment on results.
2. One fee per product group; the group is defined in writing before payment.
3. A completed written specification on the BuyerSide request form is required before work starts.
4. The specification is frozen once supplier outreach begins; a material change is a new product group at a new fee.
5. No commission is accepted from any supplier introduced, during or after the engagement.
6. No exclusivity is required from the buyer or from any supplier.
