To book an inspection, email hello@buyersideturkey.com with the product, the factory name and city, and the scheduled ship date. We reply within one working day with a fixed-fee scope. For sourcing enquiries, a completed written specification is required before we quote.
What to include
- Product and, if you have it, the HS code
- Factory name and city (or "no supplier yet" if you need sourcing)
- Order quantity and value
- Scheduled ship date
- Whether a written specification, drawing or approved sample exists
Three lines is enough for a first email. We will ask for the rest.

Sourcing enquiries
Read this before sending a sourcing enquiry
We do not quote sourcing work from a product name. Download the sourcing request form (PDF), complete it, and send it back. Sourcing is prepaid, one fee per product group, and the specification cannot change once work has started without a new fee.
This is stricter than most agencies. The reason is on the sourcing page.

How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, Türkiye time. If your ship date is inside 72 hours, write "URGENT" in the subject line and we will answer the same day.
Do you take calls before an engagement?
Yes, a 20-minute call to scope the work is free. We do not do longer unpaid consultations; the $50 supplier verification exists precisely so that you can buy a small piece of real work instead.
