BuyerSide Türkiye offers seven services to foreign importers: factory audit (from €450), pre-shipment inspection (from €320 per man-day), container loading check (from €290), supplier sourcing (from €1,200 per product group, prepaid), desk-based supplier verification ($50), freight management for EXW purchases, and buyer visit support (from €280 per day). All are billed to the buyer only.
Choose by where you are in the order
The right service depends on how far along the purchase is. If you are still choosing a factory you need verification or an audit. If the goods exist you need an inspection. If the truck is booked you need loading supervision.

Retainer
Importers running continuous production in Türkiye usually move to a monthly retainer from €1,500. A retainer covers a fixed number of inspection days, unlimited supplier verifications, priority scheduling and a named point of contact who already knows your specification, your tolerances and which of your factories cuts corners in August.
It is cheaper per visit than ad-hoc booking, but that is not the main reason buyers move to it. The main reason is that the inspector stops arriving cold.
Frequently asked questions
Can you combine services in one visit?
Yes. A factory audit and a pre-shipment inspection at the same site are billed as a single man-day if they fit inside one working day, which they usually do for small orders.
Do you inspect goods that have already shipped?
No, but we can attend the destination on request through partner inspectors, and we can produce a documented claim file from photographs and packing evidence for your insurer or for arbitration.
