Supplier verification — $50
Supplier verification is a desk-based check of a Turkish company you are already talking to. For $50 we confirm the trade registry record, tax and social-security status, legal ownership, registered address and export history, and deliver a short written report within 48 hours. No factory visit is included. The fee is credited in full against your first inspection or audit.
What it is for
You have a company name, a website and a WhatsApp contact who answers quickly. What you do not have is any evidence that the company exists, that it manufactures anything, or that the person quoting you is connected to it.
This is the cheapest useful thing you can buy before sending a deposit. It is deliberately priced so that checking is never the expensive option.
What we check
- Trade registry record — legal name, registration number, date of establishment, registered capital
- Tax and social-security standing — whether the company is active and employs people
- Ownership and authorised signatories — and whether your contact is one of them
- Registered address versus the address in their signature — a mismatch is common and informative
- Declared activity — whether the company is registered as a manufacturer or as a trading company presenting itself as one
- Export history and plausible destination markets
- Bank account name versus company name — the single most common indicator of payment fraud
- Public red flags — insolvency notices, name changes, litigation visible on public records
What it does not tell you
This is a desk check. It cannot tell you whether the machinery works, whether capacity is real, or whether quality is acceptable. That needs a factory audit. Verification tells you whether the company is real and who it is. Those are different questions and we will not blur them.
How it works
- Send us the details
Company name as it appears on their proforma invoice, plus their website, address and — if you have it — their tax number and bank details.
- Pay $50 by card
We send a Payoneer payment request. Card payment, no bank wire, no minimum.
- Report in 48 hours
A two to three page written report with the findings, the sources checked, and a plain verdict: verified, verified with concerns, or unverified.
- Credited if you continue
The full $50 comes off your first inspection or audit invoice with us.
Frequently asked questions
Why is it so cheap?
Because it is deliberately a way for you to test us at low risk, and because it is a productised desk task rather than a consulting engagement. It does not include a call, a factory visit or advice on your order — those are separate.
Can you verify a supplier in another country?
No. This service covers Türkiye-registered companies only, because it relies on Turkish public records we can read directly.
How many suppliers can I verify at once?
Each company is $50. Retainer clients get unlimited verifications as part of the monthly fee, which is usually the point at which importers move to a retainer.
What if the supplier turns out to be a trading company?
That is a finding, not a failure — trading companies are legitimate and sometimes the right partner. What matters is that you know, because it changes your price expectation, your quality control point and who is actually responsible when goods are wrong.
