When your buying team travels to Türkiye, BuyerSide arranges the airport transfer, interpreter, factory visit schedule, transport between cities and accommodation. From €280 per day plus third-party costs at documented cost. The visit is invoiced by us and never hosted by a supplier, because a factory-hosted trip changes the price conversation.
The rule that makes this service worth buying
Turkish manufacturers are genuinely, warmly hospitable, and they will offer to collect your team, book your hotel, drive you between cities and host every dinner. Accepting is not corrupt and nobody involved thinks of it as a concession.
It is still the most effective negotiating instrument in the trade. After three days as someone's guest, the Friday price conversation happens between a host and a guest instead of between a seller and a buyer. Every professional buyer knows this, and most accept the hospitality anyway because refusing feels rude and arranging the alternative is a nuisance.
This service is the alternative. It costs less than the concession.

Frequently asked questions
Can the factory pay for any part of the trip?
No. This is covered by the same independence clause as everything else. If a supplier insists on hosting a dinner, we tell you, and you decide.
Can you visit factories on our behalf if we cannot travel?
Yes — that is a factory audit or an inspection depending on what you need, and it is priced as one of those services rather than as visit support.
Do you arrange visas?
No, but we provide the invitation letter and visit schedule that most consulates ask for, and we will tell you honestly how long your nationality's process usually takes.
