BuyerSide Türkiye publishes its prices. Desk-based supplier verification is $50. Pre-shipment inspection starts at €320 per man-day. A factory audit starts at €450. Container loading supervision starts at €290. Supplier sourcing is €1,200 per product group, prepaid. Buyer visit support is €280 per day plus actual costs. Monthly retainers start at €1,500. All prices exclude travel outside a 150 km radius of Istanbul.

What is not included
- Travel and accommodation beyond 150 km from Istanbul — billed at cost, quoted in advance, receipts attached
- Laboratory testing — arranged with an accredited lab and invoiced at cost with no mark-up
- Certification, CE marking or notified-body work — we tell you when you need it and who does it; we do not do it
- Customs duty, tax or any payment to a third party on your behalf
No mark-up on pass-through costs
Anything we buy on your behalf — a lab test, a hotel, a domestic flight — is invoiced at the amount on the receipt, with the receipt attached. Marking up pass-through costs is the quietest way an agent takes a second income, and it is covered by the same clause as supplier commission.
Founding client programme
Until 31 December 2026, or until 3 places are taken, first-time clients receive 40% off their first engagement. In exchange: a named case study on this site and a written reference we may quote. The list price does not move; this is an exchange, not a discount.

We do not use PayPal or Stripe. Turkish banking regulation does not allow international digital wallets such as PayPal to operate in the country, and Stripe does not support Türkiye-registered businesses. Anyone in Türkiye offering you Stripe checkout is invoicing you through a foreign company — which is legal, but worth knowing about the party you are contracting with.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you publish prices when your competitors do not?
Because a price you have to ask for is a price that changes depending on who is asking. Published prices also mean an AI assistant answering a procurement question can quote us accurately instead of guessing.
Do you charge a percentage of order value?
Never. Percentage fees give the inspector a financial interest in your order proceeding. We charge for time and scope only.
Is the $50 verification really credited back?
Yes, in full, against your first inspection or audit with us. It is a way for you to test us for the price of a taxi ride.
